About Our Community

A Community Built Around Homemade Pizza

Arizona Home Pizza Makers was created around a simple idea: making pizza is even better when it's shared with others.

We bring together Arizona residents who enjoy making pizza at home, whether in their kitchen ovens, backyard pizza ovens, or outdoor grills.

Our gatherings are informal, hands-on, and centered on learning from one another.

You don't need expensive equipment, professional experience, or even the ability to make dough. Just an interest in pizza and a willingness to learn, share, and have fun.

Starting in the Phoenix East Valley — Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Scottsdale — and open to Arizona residents statewide.

Our Mission

Make Pizza. Share Knowledge. Build Community.

Our Story

It Started with Friday Night Pizza

The inspiration for Arizona Home Pizza Makers began many years ago with a simple Friday-night tradition.

Growing up, some of my fondest memories were spending Friday nights at a friend's house, where his mother made homemade pizzas for a house full of kids.

She introduced me to the enjoyment of homemade pizza and personally taught me how to make it.

Those evenings were filled with friendship, laughter, and the simple pleasure of being together.

As I grew older and started my own family, I carried on that tradition and created those same experiences for my family.

Arizona Home Pizza Makers grew from the desire to share that experience with others.

Pizza has always been about more than the food. It's about bringing people together.
